Repcade Terms of Service
Contracting party and scope
PROJECT82 LLC is the contracting party for Repcade. Repcade turns push-ups, squats and crunches into numeric pixel-arcade inputs. The three movements, Quest, Endless and core challenge sharing are free.
Intended audience and current safeguards
Repcade's minimum age is 13, or 14 for residents of Korea. A local screen uses a self-reported birth date and residence to assess eligibility; the inputs themselves are not saved, and only a versioned approved or denied status is stored on the device. Underage denial persists, and a failed storage read cannot overwrite a known denial. Eligible users under 18 outside Korea and under 19 in Korea self-confirm guardian permission. The app does not independently verify identity, age or that permission. The free core has no advertising or child-targeted billing prompts.
Game input and AI disclosure
Repcade turns push-ups, squats and crunches into numeric inputs for a pixel arcade game. The three movements, Quest, Endless and shared challenge links are available without payment. Camera frames and face geometry are processed on the device as numeric game inputs. Repcade does not upload or record camera frames or face geometry and does not use them for biometric identification. Local ghosts store game-character positions, not face geometry. Repcade does not offer accounts, login, chat or advertising. It does not generate AI conversations and does not use gameplay or other user data for model training at any age.

Your shared results
Challenge links created with the current version contain only the exercise, mode, seed, result and game rule fields; they do not include a chosen name. The current app and the updated challenge web page do not show a name contained in a link. You can also share a result image showing your exercise, score, level and streak. A /d# link places the link details in the URL fragment, which the HTTP request to /d does not send. Links created by earlier versions may contain the chosen name and can remain in recipients' messages, share apps and browser history. Opening an older /d? link sends its query, including any name, to Vercel. Earlier app versions that have not been updated may still show a name contained in a link. Recipients may forward any link they receive. Sharing authorizes the technical delivery of that result; it does not grant a model-training license or a general right to exploit your personal content.
Fair and safe use
Do not falsify leaderboard submissions, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, infringe another person's rights or use shared links, including names in links from earlier versions, to harass or impersonate someone. Use a clear, safe space and stop playing if movement causes discomfort.
Changes and availability
Game features and optional online services may change. Material changes affecting access, privacy or paid entitlements are notified as applicable. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Stopping use and restrictions
You may stop using Repcade and remove its local data. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store. Abusive leaderboard submissions may be restricted after review; this document grants no automatic forfeiture of mandatory refund or other consumer rights.
Game limitations
Movement counts are game inputs, not a medical assessment, exercise prescription or a claim of calorie measurement or detection accuracy. Lighting, positioning and device conditions can affect gameplay. Repcade makes no promise of a particular health or fitness outcome.
Responsibility and consumer protection
Responsibility is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances. This document does not establish a monetary liability cap or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
Applicable law and disputes
The operator is identified in the business information. Applicable law and dispute resolution remain subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. These terms impose no exclusive foreign venue, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
Mandatory local rights
These terms do not limit mandatory cancellation, refund, privacy or dispute rights where you live. Store procedures alone do not extinguish those rights.
